UW Medicine Strategic Marketing & Communications / Airlift Northwest have an outstanding opportunity for a Business Analyst. This individual will support UW Medicine in strategic planning and outreach by performing market analysis and recommendations on referral patterns. Conduct market research on healthcare systems within WWAMI region. Research current population and trends in markets and submarkets. Conduct research, analyze patterns and make recommendations on referrals actual and trends. Develop multiple plans and reports utilizing Crimson Market Advantage referral tracking data system. Provide analytic support using other UW Medicine data sources. Research and analysis will support and align with strategic planning, budgeting, service line growth objectives, and outreachREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field AND three to five years of progressive experience in financial analysis. Heath care market analysis experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for standard requirements.DESIRED:Health care market analysis experience preferred.
