The Biology Department at the University of Redlands invites applications for a tenure-track, Assistant Professor in Ecology. The successful candidate will teach non-majors and majors as well as involve undergraduates in research.

Qualifications: A Ph.D. (by the time of hire) in Biology or a closely related field and a strong commitment to quality undergraduate education are required. We seek expertise in any area of ecology; research experience with field-based studies, mathematical modeling, and/or statistics is preferred. An ability to collaborate with other departments, such as Environmental Studies, Center for Spatial Studies (GIS), or School of Education is desirable. The successful applicant will be expected to support the College of Arts and Sciences' general education curriculum.
