PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under general supervision, maintains electronic graduate admission files for international applicants; evaluates foreign credentials to inform academic departments of student’s academic background; processes applications for international exchange students; corresponds with students regarding file status and in response to questions; issues immigration documents; and evaluates transfer credit for students studying abroad.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Five years clerical office experience of which at least three years of experience should be in an Admissions or Registrar's Office, or in an office which routinely works with student academic records. Education may be substituted for experience as follows: two months of general post high school education equaling one month experience; and one month of concentrated secretarial/clerical training equaling one month experience.
