Under general supervision, the Program Coordinator will perform functions to support the 2 West Clinic's SHE Clinic. The SHE Clinic serves a vulnerable homeless female patient population in North Seattle. The SHE PC will coordinate the delivery of medical and nursing care and the patients' access to health care, including the patients' entry into and through the spectrum of clinical services of the health care system.
