The Department of Laboratory Medicine serves as a regional resource for clinical laboratory services required for patient care, research and educational programs in laboratory medicine. This position performs as a member of the Call Center Team, the coordination of the pre-analytical and technical activities of the Department's clinical laboratory referral testing service for non-UWMC clients.RESPONSIBILITIES:Advises clients and potential clients of the optimum use of Laboratory Medicine's Clinical Lab ServicesProvides technical information regarding methodologies used within the clinical lab at UWMC Responds promptly, courteously, and professionally to phone and written inquires from clients about test information, results, and other elation informationFollows phone log in procedures adhering to 92% logged in time to time sheet time, and properly utilizes other designated time such as
