Administer day-to-day administrative, operational and financial operations for the Office of the Associate VP of UA and stakeholders. Perform research and special projects as assigned. Serve as central information resource for administrative, operational and financial inquiries, and advise staff in University Advancement policies and procedures changes. Draft and track gift documentation process and report metrics. Manage the UA talent recruitment and onboarding process and provide department training. Drafts, edits and prepares final versions of correspondence documents. Respond to a wide variety of special requests from administrators, staff, alumni, students, parents, donors, community members and organizations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of four years' experience providing administrative, operational and financial support to management.

Skilled in the area of office and/or project management. Must have demonstrated experience in organizing multiple and complex tasks and working on multiple projects simultaneously, under conditions of pressure and competing interests.

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a wide variety of constituents including senior staff, deans, faculty, administrators and staff, donors, trustees, volunteers and campus leadership.
