Research - Laboratory/Non-Laboratory, Staff/Administrative
The person in this position will serve as the leading researcher for the College and will have primary responsibility for the following: -approval of the dissertation methodology of doctoral students -conduct innovative research within his/her academic discipline -provide direct research and methodological support to doctoral students - provide direct research support to faculty -offer periodic instructional workshops on research topics of broad interest to academic disciplines represented in the college, and -teach mixed methods research courses in our doctoral programs.

Qualifications: Qualified applicants must have a doctoral degree in relevant field from a regionally accredited University. The desirable candidate must have an extensive background in quantitative methods and analytical techniques; strong organizational, writing, and verbal communication skills; experience mentoring and instructing others in research methods; and a genuine interest in collaboration and in facilitating research projects by students and colleagues.
- PhD in a relevant field from a regionally accredited University with a minimum of 5 years managing and conducting research, evaluations, statistical analysis and related work - Demonstrated success in working with others in a collaborative manner to establish goals and objectives, develop action plans, conduct data analysis, and share results. - Documented evidence of chairing dissertations - Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills at a senior/managerial level. - Proven ability to develop faculty and student capacity in research design, methods, and measurement.
