PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under general supervision of the Executive Director for International Programs, serves as secretary to the Office of International Programs; develops, maintains, and consults on departmental and grant budgets; communicates frequently with a range of academic and service units across the University, particularly the Office of Business Operations and Research & Sponsored Programs; manages preparations and process for arriving international scholars; composes and types correspondence, reports, and proposals; maintains departmental files; provides support to clerical staff within the department; and performs additional financial and clerical duties.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing.
