Gonzaga University's School of Education Special Education Department is currently seeking certified Special Education teachers interested in supervising Pre-service Special Education Teacher Candidates at all age and ability levels in the Greater Spokane Area for the 2019-2020 academic year.
Hired supervisors are required to attend approximately two seminars to orient them to specific job expectations hosted by member(s) of the Special Education Department. Supervisors will be paid for each Pre-service Teacher Candidate as well as mileage to and from Gonzaga University.
a current Washington State teaching certificate with endorsement in Special Education
experience teaching students with special needs within the last five years
a master’s degree
a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
a flexible schedule (Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
