Northwestern University is seeking a Temporary Patient Representative for the Chicago campus.
Temporary Job Description:
The Temporary Patient Representative Primary contact for students at front desk. Answer phones, schedule appointments, provide information to guests. Busy healthcare facility; work with clinical staff (nurses, physicians, athletic trainers, medical assistants) to ensure patients receive efficient and appropriate care. Work involves contact with sick students and requires highest level of attention to privacy.
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
Strong writing skills.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Diligent and can work independently.
Experience working with confidential information.
Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment.
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
