This is a clinical and administrative position (60% Administrative, 40% clinical). The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor for Acute Rehabilitation Therapy Services is responsible for leadership, training and supervision of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists, as assigned. Personnel decisions of this position include employee selection, performance evaluation, disciplining, and retention. These decisions directly affect the fiscal performance of the department as well as its\u2019 effectiveness and efficiency. Patient care related decisions include staffing, problem solving, monitoring of productivity and coordination with internal and external customers for engagement, collaborative programs and service excellence. This position is influential in promoting recovery and customer satisfaction to the patients served.
