Assist the Associate Dean of Students and the Director of Student Conduct & Community Responsibility in providing a safe, healthy environment that is conducive to academic excellence for undergraduate and graduate students.
Typically a Master's or equivalent experience. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes

Minimum five years of professional experience in student conduct is desired. Familiarity with and sensitive to the goals, needs, and challenges of Catholic higher education.
Knowledge of student conduct operations and procedures; FERPA; student information system management; Title IX, office management principles; principles of student development and counseling and customer service standards.
Ability to oversee short and long-range planning; compile and analyze statistics, identify trends, and forecast student conduct needs. Ability to maintain up to the minute, accurate student conduct data information.
Use of word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications; critical thinking and evaluation; effective written and oral communication, presenting, and persuading.
