Under general supervision this position will provide administrative leadership for all aspects of our graduate masters degrees, including the MBA, MS Business Analytics, MS Accounting and MS in in Management. This position will report to the Associate Dean for Academic and Faculty Initiatives and coordinate with the Director for Business Development in the other graduate division to ensure additional synergy. Specific oversight related to strategic planning, recruiting, admissions and daily operations for these programs is the major focus of this position.
Typically a MBA Degree in management, business administration or related field or equivalent experience. PhD, DBA or EdD preferred). Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.

Minimum 7 years of business experience in progressively responsible positions. Previous experience with graduate degree program admissions, recruiting, and directing MBA and other graduate management programs; experience with and desire to grow MS specialty degree programs a plus! Previous work experience with hybrid and/or online management education
Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of: business education, budgetary and supervisory responsibilities.
Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral).
Experience with SLATE, Digital Marketing, and Digital Measures a plus!
Ability to work collaboratively with Department Heads, faculty, and staff, as well as with colleagues across the campus community.
Demonstrated computer competency and preferably knowledgeable of Microsoft Office suite.
With appropriate academic experience, this position may be eligible for additional compensation for teaching two additional courses a year.
