The Salesforce Administrator will also coach and support Continuum College Marketing & Enrollment staff who utilize the system, including any associated reporting tools.RESPONSIBILITIES:User Administration & SupportProvide day-to-day end user support and assist users to troubleshoot issues and increase their knowledge of SalesforceEvaluate and follow through on issues and problems until resolved or escalatedDocument and evaluate issue patterns to plan and recommend process and system improvementsCreate and maintain training materials and user documentation to support business and technology needsSupport Senior Salesforce Administrator, Digital Marketing Manager (for Marketing Cloud), and Salesforce Developers as neededReport Creation & MaintenanceBuild reports and dashboards as requested by Marketing, Enrollment Services or other business areas as neededQA existing reports and dashboards and implement changes to filters and report logicUnderstand business goals and objectives in order to proactively suggest the creation of new reports or dashboardsSystem MaintenanceExecute weekly operational duties in support of Salesforce, including de-duplication and other data quality tasksExecute maintenance tasks as required, performing system monitoring activities, as well as configuring ongoing updates in support of changes to recruitment and enrollment processes, user set-ups, and permissions and access.Perform quarterly tests of RFI and subscription formsDesign and execute solutions for common challenges such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, and workflow rules within the context of the Salesforce platform.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in information technology or related field AND at least 2 years demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce environmentsADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with database designExperience with report design consolidation, report optimization and process managementExperience analyzing and documenting different system flows, process flows and work flowsExtremely strong analytical and communication skillsDESIRED QUALIFICATIONSSalesforce Administrator CertificationExperience in data migration/bulk data loading into SalesforceExperience with handling Salesforce integrations and Marketing CloudExperience working in a higher-education or non-profit environmentApplication Process:The application process for UW positions may include completion of a variety of online assessments to obtain additional information that will be used in the evaluation process.
